Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open at the rédacteur grade (category B). A contract worker may be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher education of at least bac+2 in regional planning, sustainable development, ecology, energy transition or environment
Experience: Experienced, 2 years or more

- Higher education of at least bac+2 in regional planning, sustainable development or ecology
- At least 2 years of experience required
- Driving licence (permis B) required
- Knowledge of renewable energy and mobility
- Project management and running meetings or participatory workshops
- Finding and preparing grant applications, knowledge of public procurement
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
