Civil servants in the grades of Rédacteur, Rédacteur principal 2nd class or Rédacteur principal 1st class can apply. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: Experienced candidate.
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of public and private funding schemes.
- Ability to identify partners and prepare funding applications.
- Good skills with office and digital tools.
- Strong writing and people skills.
- Autonomy, rigour, organisation and initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your application by email to the city's human resources department, or by post. The offer is published on Choisir le Service Public.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
