Diploma: Higher education (Bac+4/+5) in economics, geography, regional planning, political science, business or equivalent
Experience: Significant experience supporting economic projects and territorial development (confirmed level)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
