Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Level 6 (licence or equivalent degree)
The profile they look for:
- Know forward planning of staff, jobs and skills (GPEEC)
- Know the management rules for public agents
- Use an HR information system (SIRH, RenoiRH)
- Work in a network
- Show teamwork, rigour and autonomy
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
