Territorial civil servants in the Attaché or Ingénieur grades can apply, as can contract workers. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Be independent, rigorous and good at analysis.
- Have a good team spirit and discretion.
- Use Excel, Word and Outlook well.
- Know the SYNERGIE and GDA software.
- Apply regulations and write clear documents.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
