Open to civil servants and contract staff. The posts are open to the engineer and principal engineer grades of the local civil service. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeded.

- Basic knowledge of hydrology and water chemistry
- Knowledge of farming and its practices

2 Résumé and cover letter
