- Knowledge of hydraulics, hydrology and agronomy
- Knowledge of GEMAPI and the environment code
- Project management and public procurement skills
- Writing technical notes and specifications
- Good dialogue, negotiation and consultation skills

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
