Open to territorial civil servants in category A at the grades of attaché or ingénieur, and to contract staff. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Initial training at bac + 4 or bac + 5
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of local economic development, social and solidarity economy and circular economy.
- Good knowledge of how local authorities and regional policies work.
- Ability to run networks and partnerships.
- Analysis, summary and administrative writing skills.
- Rigour, strong autonomy and a good sense of teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply online on the employer's website, with your CV and cover letter. You can also apply by post, sent to the Human Resources Department of the Region.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
