Territorial civil servants in the technician grades (technicien, technicien principal 2nd or 1st class), and contract staff. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Bac + 2 or bac + 3
Experience: Proven experience in the energy renovation field

- Knowledge of the PCAET (local climate and energy plan).

2 Résumé and cover letter
