Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Open grades: Attaché, Ingénieur, Rédacteur, Technicien and their senior grades. Category A.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work independently on set priorities
- Good writing and people skills
- Able to advise the territorial authority with proposals
- Knowledge of local authorities and their legal framework
- Basic legal knowledge and regulatory monitoring
- Rigour and good organisation
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
