Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C. Open grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal de 2e classe and de 1re classe.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in building trades
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP in building trades
- Basic knowledge of electrics, plumbing, carpentry and welding
- Ability to read plans and sketches
- Works independently, organised and rigorous
- Follows hygiene and safety rules
- Driving licence category B required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Electrical authorisation (habilitation électrique) is a plus
- Remote work not possible
