Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a public exam can be hired directly, because the post is open at entry-level category C grades.

Diploma: Level II diploma (licence level) in one or more technical fields
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a technical department, ideally in a local authority
The profile they look for:

- Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing and safety standards.
- Good command of Microsoft Office software.
- SIAPP 1 qualification and driving licence (permis B) required.
- Autonomy, rigour and ability to work in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
