Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Master 2 in communication, or journalism school, or media experience
The profile they look for:
- Master 2 in communication, journalism school, or media experience.
- Strong skills in journalistic and web writing.
- Skills in community management, desktop publishing and web content management.
- Good listening skills, creativity and ability to propose ideas.
- Strong interest in human resources; knowledge of the local civil service appreciated.
- Teamwork, autonomy, rigour and responsiveness.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 13 (Closes in 15 days)
Apply on the employer's website, using the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. Send your cover letter and CV to the management by email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Working time: 39 hours over 5 days with RTT, or 36 hours over 4.5 days with RTT.
- Employer contribution to insurance and health cover; CNAS and meal vouchers.
- Job to be filled on 18 January 2027, early start possible.
