Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The open grades are senior administrative assistant (2nd class) and senior technical assistant (2nd class), category C. As an exception, people recognised as disabled workers can apply under a contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the web and internet tools.
- Skills in producing content: photos and videos.
- Skills in desktop publishing and software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of web languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, SQL.
- Ability to lead, teach and write.
- Versatility and quick adaptation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send a handwritten cover letter and your CV to the President of the Communauté de Communes, by post or by email to the HR department. You can also apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
