Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: SAMS professional title or diploma in office, health or social work, such as the BTS SP3S
The profile they look for:
- Professional title or diploma in office, health or social work, such as the BTS SP3S.
- Empathy, good listening skills and patience.
- Discretion and strict respect of professional confidentiality.
- Rigour and good organisation.
- Good command of office and computer tools.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time of 37 hours a week, with 12 days of RTT (reduced working time days).
