Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.

Diploma: Training in reception, animation or public services
Experience: Not stated. Experience in public reception would be a plus.

- Good at greeting the public in person and by phone.
- Able to welcome and support artists and companies.
- Knows the safety rules for buildings open to the public.
- Good customer service, rigour and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
