Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. You must be a qualified cadre de santé, or work in a paramedical profession listed in the decree, with at least 3 years of experience.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Cadre de santé diploma, or a paramedical profession listed in the decree of 18 August 1995.
Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of medical and social care and management.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Ability to manage a unit and a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to analyse data and dashboards.
- Ability to prevent and manage conflicts.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your cover letter and CV by email to the recruitment team, or by post to the Direction des Soins. The file must arrive before the deadline.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Takes part in on-call duty for paramedical managers and covers for other cadres of the unit.
