Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A cadre de santé diploma or a cadre de santé project is required.
Diploma: Cadre de santé diploma, or health professional with a cadre de santé project.
Experience: Health professional with a cadre de santé project: at least 5 years in a nursing profession. Qualified cadre: over 3 years of management would be a plus.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
