2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time of 39 hours per week with 19 RTT days, no overtime.
- Fixed rest on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Hours between 8:30 and 19:00, mandatory presence from 9:00 to 16:00, evening meetings possible.
- Position may become vacant from 4 September 2026.
