Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of cadre de santé, cadre supérieur de santé, infirmier en soins généraux and infirmier hors classe.

Diploma: Health field
Experience: Experienced: 5 years in a coordination post, or a nurse with 10 to 15 years of experience
The profile they look for:
- Health manager or coordinating nurse, with 5 years of coordination experience.
- Or a nurse with 10 to 15 years of experience, wanting to move into management.
- Experience in an EHPAD strongly preferred.
- Check that quality, hygiene and safety procedures are applied.
- Plan service activity and give technical support to staff.
- Autonomy, rigour, organisation skills and quick reaction in emergencies.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
- A contract worker can be hired only if no civil servant applies (article L332-8).
