The profile they look for:
- Hold the cadre de santé diploma.
- Coordinate and assess the work of the services.
- Have good interpersonal skills, negotiation and consultation.
- Be able to organise a unit or a service.
- Work well in a multidisciplinary team.
- Practise an appreciative management style.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Full-time (100%), Monday to Friday, fixed rest on weekends and public holidays.
- Takes part in on-call duty (permanence des soins) and management cover (permanence de l'encadrement).
