Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Know the rights and duties of civil servants and citizens
- Know the legal framework of environmental policies
- Know the waste treatment channels
- Know the special police powers of the mayor and the head of the EPCI
- Know the penal code, public health code and road code
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence (permis B) required, with knowledge of driving and road traffic rules
- Remote work not possible
- No management role
