Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. Grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd or 1st class.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Work well in a team.
- Show discretion and initiative.
- Follow hygiene, safety and ergonomics rules.
- Know how to use the equipment, techniques and products provided.
- Manage your schedule and meet deadlines.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter by post to the Menton town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
