Civil servants (attaché or attaché principal grades) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired while waiting for a civil servant.

Experience: At least 5 years in press relations, journalism, communication or influence.
The profile they look for:

- An excellent writer, able to write quickly and accurately.
- Ability to spot what interests journalists and the public.
- A solid network, or the ability to build one quickly.
- Creative, curious, and comfortable with new media and social networks.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
