Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: CAP Petite enfance
The profile they look for:
- Know the physical and psychological development of children from age 2
- Apply hygiene rules, including the HACCP method
- Listen well and talk with children and families
- Use and store cleaning products safely
- Work in a team with different professions
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
