Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open for the grade of ATSEM principal de 2e classe.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP petite enfance (vocational certificate)
The profile they look for:
- Hold the CAP petite enfance diploma.
- Hold the ATSEM civil service exam (concours).
- Know how children develop from age 2.
- Apply basic hygiene and safety rules.
- Use play techniques and activities with children.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
