Only ATSEM competition winners and holders of the CAP AEPE diploma will be considered. As an exception, recognised disabled workers can be hired under a contract.

Diploma: CAP Accompagnement Éducatif Petite Enfance (AEPE)
The profile they look for:
- Passed the ATSEM civil service competition
- CAP Accompagnement Éducatif Petite Enfance (AEPE) diploma
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
- Able to work in a team and adapt communication
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
