The profile they look for:
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and of spaces for young children.
- Basic rules on hygiene and diet for young children.
- Active listening, communication and observation skills.
- Techniques for managing and resolving conflicts.
- Knowledge of the educational and teaching project of the facility.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
