Diploma: CAP early childhood care, or ATSEM competitive exam
Experience: Experience in a similar job preferred
The profile they look for:
- CAP early childhood diploma or ATSEM competitive exam.
- PSC1 first-aid certificate is a plus.
- Experience in a similar job is preferred.
- Able to support children's learning and independence.
- Able to apply hygiene and safety rules.
- Autonomous, responsible, discreet and patient.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
