Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The post is open on the grade of ATSEM principal 2nd class.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP petite enfance (for agents acting as ATSEM). ATSEM competitive exam required.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of child psychology.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules.
- Basic first aid skills.
- Animation and cleaning techniques.
- Good people skills, autonomy and teamwork.
- Sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Exposure to noise.
