Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because a category C grade is open.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar job (experienced level).
The profile they look for:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar job.
- Strong knowledge of public contracts in local authorities.
- Computer skills, including Hélios, Chorus Pro and spreadsheets.
- Independence, rigour and quick reaction.
- Good people skills and ability to work as a team.
- Knowledge of transport and mobility is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category B job.
- Working time of 35h or 39h per week, with 23 days off (RTT).
- Remote work possible: 2 days a week, without fixed hours.
- The interview panel will be held in December.
