The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of building safety rules (ERP, labour code).
- Ability to read plans and do quantity take-offs.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and decision-making circuits.
- Ability to organise a site and assess services.
- Rigorous, independent, good negotiator and communicator.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
