Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.

The profile they look for:
- Know how local authorities work.
- Master audiovisual techniques (sound and video) for events.
- Have a good knowledge of cultural sectors.
- Master office software.
- Show autonomy, rigour and discretion.
- Have a sense of public service and a team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
