Civil servants in category A or B can apply. Holders of a national diploma of at least 4 years of higher education with at least 4 years of experience can also apply. Contract staff are also accepted.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
