Civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

Diploma: DUT in book professions or equivalent
Experience: Experience in a similar job, as an alternative to the diploma
The profile they look for:
- Excellent literary knowledge, especially contemporary novels.
- Good people skills and a sense of public service.
- Willingness to lead events and take part in team projects.
- Good command of IT tools and the library system (SIGB).
- Good writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
