Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded. The post is open at category C grades, without a competitive exam.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
