Civil servants in the adjoint administratif grade and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Good knowledge of accounting, administrative and public procurement procedures.
- Comfortable with office software and the CIVIL Finances software.
- Good people and writing skills, organised and rigorous.
- Autonomy, adaptability and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
