Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Contract hiring is based on article L332-2 2° of the General Civil Service Code.

The profile they look for:
- Legal skills, beginner level, to be acquired.
- Teamwork skills, practical level, to be acquired.
- Communication skills, practical level, required.
- Rigour, punctuality, good presentation and composure.
- Great discretion and respect for professional secrecy.
- English level A1-A2 desired.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- 2/2/3 cycle with work on weekends and public holidays, in morning or afternoon shifts.
- Identifiable uniform provided by the administration.
- Training provided on cross-border rules and document fraud.
