Civil servants of the local public service and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Follow food hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and accept activity checks.
- Discretion and respect for professional confidentiality.
- Availability, adaptability, patience and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of HACCP, fire safety and first aid.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
