Diploma: Bac+4/5 with at least 10 years of experience, or bac+2/3 with more than 15 years of experience
Experience: Expert level; more than 10 years of IS governance experience

- More than 10 years leading IS governance.
- Strong skills in platform and service-oriented IS architectures.
- Experience setting up an API services platform.
- Experience working in matrix organisations.
- Ability to communicate and work in a team.
- Knowledge of agile methods and the DSFR appreciated.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
