- Knowledge of design, deployment and operation of a mobile network.
- Awareness of information systems security.
- Experience in public administration and familiarity with public tenders.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
