Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The scheme also applies to people recognised as disabled workers. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Expertise in information systems, databases and SQL.
- Good knowledge of data modelling and agile methods.
- Advanced knowledge of data storage (SQL, NoSQL, data lakes).
- ETL/ELT skills; Talend would be a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Git skills would be a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible 2 days a week.
- Position vacant from 1 December 2026.
- Recruitment possible on a contract of 1 to 3 years, renewable.
