Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BPJEPS in social animation, BAPAAT, or DUT in social careers (social and socio-cultural animation option).
The profile they look for:
- Have a sense of public service.
- Organise your work and write calls for projects.
- Know the public and the reception role.
- Work well in a team and in a network.
- Show adaptability, initiative and listening skills.
- Respect the duty of discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 6 (Closes in 35 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your CV and cover letter by post or by email to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C post (adjoint d'animation).
