Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP Early Childhood Educational Assistant or equivalent
Experience: Experienced candidates required
The profile they look for:
- Know safety and hygiene rules.
- Know about the psychomotor development of young children.
- Have basic health-care knowledge (hygiene care, prevention).
- Master animation, arts, crafts and play techniques.
- Be available, energetic, independent and patient.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 7 (Closes in 10 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter to the mairie's Human Resources department, by post or by email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Irregular working hours.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Position vacant from 8 November 2026.
- Grade of adjoint d'animation, category C.
