Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A contract worker can be hired directly, without a competitive exam, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Able to analyse the needs of the children in your care
- Able to design and adapt activity sessions
- Able to plan activities around children's rhythms
- Able to supervise leisure activities
- Knows animation and supervision techniques
- Good listener who communicates well
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 15 (Closes in 14 days)
Send your application by email to the town hall. The official offer also has a link to apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- The after-school service is closed during school holidays.
