Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the adjoint d'animation grade (category C) allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Required diplomas: CAP AEPE, BPJEPS LTP, BAFD, HACCP
The profile they look for:
- Know child development from 3 to 12 years old
- Know the basics of day-to-day management
- Be able to manage and resolve a conflict
- Be available, rigorous, discreet and versatile
- Know emergency procedures and services
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 1 (Closes in 2 days)
Apply on the employer's website or on the official offer page. Send your CV and cover letter to the city's human resources department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
