Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of principal assistant for animation, 1st and 2nd class.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA, BPJEPS LTP or CAP AEPE Petite enfance (qualification in youth work)
The profile they look for:
- Hold the BAFA, BPJEPS LTP or CAP AEPE qualification.
- Know well children aged 3 to 13 and how they develop.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Listen well, stay patient and communicate well.
- Work independently, take responsibility and adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
