Civil servants and public law contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, as the grade is an entry level in category C. Disabled workers can also be hired on a contract basis.

The profile they look for:
- Be able to design and run educational projects.
- Be able to lead leisure activities suited to each group.
- Be able to listen and talk with young people.
- Know the rhythm of children and teenagers.
- Spot young people in difficulty and report the situation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
