Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA, BAPAAT or CPJEPS
The profile they look for:
- Be able to organise your work.
- Show adaptability and professional curiosity.
- Know the needs and development of children aged 6 to 17.
- Full driving licence (category B) required, and ability to drive a minibus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 2 (Closes in 4 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You must also send your CV and cover letter to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Annualised working time, with variable hours: evenings, Saturdays, night shifts and camps.
- Full driving licence (category B) required.
