Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly, at category C grade (Adjoint d'animation).
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: University degree in social work, human sciences, education or STAPS. BEATEP or BPJEPS would be a plus.
Experience: Proven experience supervising and running activities for young people.
The profile they look for:

- Knowledge of the rules for looking after minors (BAFD or equivalent).
- Good people skills, teamwork and project management.
- Good office software skills.
- Driving licence (permis B) required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
